Define basic factors that will captivate readers and that dedicate you to this story. Determine your story’s point, your characters’ reasons for their actions, and why it must be you and only you who writes this book.

This three-month package* includes six deadlines, spaced roughly two weeks apart. For each one, I’ll send you in-line comments and an editorial letter. We’ll discuss via a Zoom call.
The three months will break down this way:
Six weeks for fundamentals, designing your book's structure and clarifying key moments that will bring your characters and plot to life.
Four weeks for refining your story's foundation to ensure it's as firm as possible.
Two weeks for drafting a first chapter of your novel, or revising it if you already have one.
*Note: you must complete this package in a six-month period.

Create the scenes and chapters that will depict a believable and logical fictional world, make each story event relevant, called into being by a previous one, and engage your readers’ imagination.

This package includes two deadlines per month for 10-20 pages, or 2,500-5,000 words. For each set of pages you submit, I’ll send you in-line comments and an editorial letter. In addition, we’ll discuss via a Zoom call.

Prepare to pitch your novel.
With the support of my research and feedback, identify the agents who are looking for a story like yours, polish your early pages, prepare your synopsis and query letter, and plan your pitch strategy.

Over a 10-week period*
A 30-minute kickoff Zoom call to discuss your goals and concerns for pitching.
You'll send me your revised first 5,000 words, and I'll respond with in-line comments and an editorial letter. We'll discuss via a Zoom call.
I'll research 25 or more agents who are looking for stories like yours. We'll have a Zoom call to review the agent list and create your pitch plan.
You'll send me your synopsis and query letter, which I'll return to you with in-line comments. We'll have a Zoom call to discuss.
*Note: You will need to complete these steps within six months of the kickoff Zoom call.
